Prosecutors allege the Forget You singer, 38, slipped the narcotic to a 33-year-old woman while they were having dinner together

Pop star CeeLo Green has been charged with giving the drug ecstasy to a woman while they were dining at a restaurant.
The Grammy-winning R&B singer, real name Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, “slipped” the drug to the 33-year-old woman during the meal last July, according to prosecutors.
The pair then went back to the woman’s hotel room, authorities said.
If convicted, the Forget You singer, 38, faces up to four years in prison.
He pleaded not guilty to one felony count of furnishing a controlled substance when he appeared at Los Angeles County court on Monday.
Prosecutors have requested his bail be set at $ 30,000 (£18,579).
CeeLo will next appear in court on November 20.
The Atlanta native rose to prominence as a member of rap group Goodie Mob, before winning fame as a solo artist.
