The singer appeared with Snow Patrol star Gary Lightbody to perform their new song for the first time
Taylor Swift is one of those special stars who doesn’t often set foot on our shores here in the UK because she lives half way across the other side of the world.
But when she does it’s something we get very excited about so you can imagine our delight when she made the decision to perform her new single The Last Time on the X Factor results show on Sunday night.
And the country singer , who presented an award at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards earlier in the day, didn’t disappoint as she showed off her impressive figure on stage in a black figure-hugging outfit.
Her attire left little to the imagination despite almost completely covering her up in a move sure to catch the attention of viewers.
Taylor performed on the night with Gary Lightbody from band Snow Patrol who she duets with on the song.

The pair stood on a set with shadowy trees in the background and dry ice covered the stage to set the atmosphere for the performance.
Before her performance, Taylor tweeted: “So excited to be debuting ‘the last time’ with @garysnowpatrol on X Factor UK tonight! It’s good to be back in London .”
Gary also took to the social networking site, writing: “Looking forward to singing The Last Time with @taylorswift13 on X Factor tonight. It’ll be my first time on the show!”
Speaking to X Factor host Dermot O’Leary about the new song during the live show, Taylor said: “We wrote it together, yeah, and it’s on my album and I’m really pleased to be performing it with Gary.”

And on his excitement about appearing on the show for the first time, Gary added: “It’s the first time I’ve been on the X Factor … thanks for having me on!”
And luckily for us, this is not the last we will see of Taylor – she is set to return to the UK early in 2014 for a string of gigs in London.
She said: “I’ll be back a few times but the most exciting thing is I’m going to be back in February for a week of shows at the O2, five shows … I’m so excited!”
